The Pittsburgh Steelers seem ready to part ways with an experienced defensive player, specifically their veteran cornerback Desmond King. Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports that the Steelers have informed King of their intention to release him if they can’t find a trade partner. King, who is aware of this plan, has played in 98 career games, with 53 starts, making him a valuable nickel cornerback option.
